Amari by Vineet

The iconic restaurant, Amari by Vineet, is a contemporary Indian gem, whose rosy, earthy interiors evoke India's fantastical color palette. The fresh and contemporary terracotta murals, ornaments and lamps are a treat to the senses. The intoxicating cuisine, a modern interpretation of India's rich heritage, is by Vineet Bhatia, the country's first Michelin-starred chef.

Duck Laundry

Duck Laundry is our most popular Chinese restaurant. This gourmet Chinese restaurant with a cozy atmosphere offers comforting family dishes and tasting menus created by the chef. Duck, one of the main features, is served in true Peking duck style. The menu includes some of the most popular Sichuanese, Shanghainese and Cantonese dishes. A wide selection of artisan dim sum is prepared on site daily. Handpicked teas, craft cocktails, spirits and wines, and a personalized playlist contribute to the electric atmosphere.

Maison Lux*

The city's chicest café draws its soul from the typical Milanese cafés that line the cobbled streets of the Italian capital. It's a place where you find rest, inspiration and fuel in the form of a perfect espresso. Although coffee is served from dawn to dusk, Maison LUX* adapts to the time of day. At nightfall, the barista is replaced by the bartender. The drinks cart attracts those looking for an after-dinner digestive. Located in the lobby, it's the perfect place to relax after a long flight, recharge your batteries before heading out to explore the day, and grab a last LUX* coffee to go before you leave.

The Mixologist Bar

With views of the lagoon and pool, The Mixologist is the perfect vacation bar. No trip to Mauritius is complete without sipping cocktails (or delicious mocktails). It’s the perfect place for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or pre-dinner aperitif. The knowledgeable mixologists have put together an inventive cocktail list. The menu also offers mocktails, wines and craft beers.

Aperitivo Bar

Located right next to the main pool, the creative Aperitivo Bar serves healthy elixirs to early risers before changing ambiance to become a vibrant upscale bar serving spritzes. Bubbles, sweetness and bitterness, that's how we like our Aperol Spritz.
