Sommet
Executive Chef Martin Göschel sublimates the products of Saanenland and Switzerland. The new tasting menu has been designed to use only vegetables from local producers, as well as fish and meat from Swiss producers. Salmon from Grisons or veal from Gstaad... come and discover the best that Switzerland has to offer. The Gault et Millau awards the establishment 18 out of 20, and the Michelin Guide one star for the service, the wine list and the decoration, a perfect blend of rustic and modern.
Megu
Chef and sushi master Tsutomu Kugota takes diners on a journey with some of Japan's rarest ingredients and purest presentations. Megu was named Switzerland's best Asian restaurant by Gault et Millau.Designed by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance, the restaurant's interior blends antique kimonos, Alpine fir wood, vermilion accents and slatted wood partitions inspired by Kyoto temples and traditional Japanese homes.Le Megu also features one of Switzerland's largest sake collections and curates the exquisite selection of Japanese whiskies.
Alpina Lounge & Bar
The Alpina Lounge & Bar is the heart of the Alpina Gstaad. Here you can enjoy house or classic cocktails with a delicious light lunch or dinner. A huge bay window provides access to the bar's outdoor terrace, where the spirit of the mountains can be fully felt, even from the fireplace area or the bar. The Alpina Lounge & Bar is decorated with works of art from the hotel's impressive collection.
Swiss Stübli
The Swiss Stübli restaurant is the epitome of the Alpine spirit, with a warm and welcoming ambience. After a day's hiking or skiing, come and relax over local culinary specialities in a cosy atmosphere, amid rustic carved woodwork. Classic and traditional Swiss dishes, such as raclette or fondue, are reinterpreted and presented with a modern touch.
