The Kitchen

The Kitchen is the main restaurant and offers delicious cuisine. Breakfast is buffet style, dinner is a la carte, and lunch is a la carte. Watch the cooks at work and enjoy the lively atmosphere of tropical rhythms every evening.

The Beach

With its subtle and generous Mediterranean cuisine, The Beach is the hotel's second restaurant. As its name suggests, it is located on the beach and offers healthy cuisine with simple and original dishes.

East

Do you want to taste Thai cuisine, with a superb view of the lagoon? Then try East! Let yourself be tempted by modern cuisine, made with typical Thai products: galangal, shrimp paste, chili peppers, lemongrass, etc. Don't miss the “Yaam per Krob”, a crispy roast duck, accompanied by lychee and grapes. Spicy, funky, sweet and vibrant, Thai cuisine is a real delight!

The Bar

The Bar offers delicious light snacks to be enjoyed in the shade of the veranda, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing family break.

Maison LUX*

Although coffee is served from dawn to dusk, Maison LUX* adapts to the time of day: morning coffee and pastries. In the afternoon, tea and gelato. At nightfall, the barista is replaced by the bartender. After dinner, linger a little with a glass of absinthe or a digestif, and why not one of these delicate pastries in their case?

Vik's

As you walk barefoot along the beach, keep an eye out for a tiny but chic fisherman's hut. Here you'll meet Vik, the friendly face of LUX* Le Morne. Drop in for a taste of rhum arrangé, a local rum that is left to macerate for months with spices or tropical fruits. Try the freshly caught sea urchin with a squeeze of lemon and, why not, a glass of mousse. After all, you're on holiday, and in the tropics at that!
