Job description

As a Junior Travel Designer, you will contribute directly to our fabulous growth. Within the Reservation department, you will be responsible for the core business mission contributing to the success of Little Guest, a fast-growing start-up.

You are responsible for the design, handling and processing of travel requests delivered by email and phone by our premium family clients.

You will report to the Head of Travel Designers and will always work closely with all your colleagues in a cross-functional manner according to the tasks and projects assigned to you.

 

Key responsibilities

Strategic Tasks

• Development of daily relations with the 350 member hotels of our collection
• Weekly reports
• Process analysis and continuous improvement proposals
• Customer loyalty

 

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Information from the hotels
• Drafting of offers of stays
• Listening to the needs and designing an offer corresponding to them
• Follow-up of reservations and customer reminders
• Use of our customer database (CRM)

 

Profile

The ideal candidate is a graduate of a hotel school or is currently studying sales and/or has proven experience in the sale of high-end hotel stays.

Language skills + expected level

• Perfect command of spoken and written French
• Perfect command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in one or more other languages is an asset

 

Duration of the contract and remuneration

• Position to be filled immediately
• Full-time contract
• Remuneration based on the candidate’s experience and on the legal scales in force
